Have an account with one of our eligible banking partners (180+ supported banks across 40+ countries)
Possess a Fidesmo-compatible wearable ring
Have access to the StrikeGo mobile app for device connectivity and token management
Age restrictions may apply indirectly through your bank's policies (typically 18+ for credit cards)
User Accounts and App Connectivity: Yes, users connect wearables via NFC technology in the StrikeGo app, which is integrated with Fidesmo Mobile SDK. The onboarding process occurs via our mobile app or e-commerce platform, enabling token management features including the ability to suspend, remove, or re-tokenize payment credentials. Transaction history (last 10 transactions) is displayed through the app.
Payment Methods
Accepted Payment Methods: StrikeGo accepts credit and debit cards tokenized via Fidesmo Pay using Visa and Mastercard payment schemes. During the onboarding process, users connect their cards directly to Fidesmo Pay for secure token provisioning.
Payment Type: One-time payment for the ring purchase. There are no subscription fees; Fidesmo Pay tokens are provisioned without recurring charges from StrikeGo.
Security
Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures including:
Secure elements embedded in wearable devices for NFC communication
Encryption for all payment tokenization and NFC communications via the Fidesmo platform
Protection of data in transit and during sessions in accordance with PCI-DSS standards
Tokenization that replaces actual card details with secure tokens
Issuer authentication protocols (e.g., 3D Secure, app-to-app authentication)
PCI DSS Compliance: Yes, Fidesmo Pay maintains PCI-DSS and PCI-CP certifications. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partner, StrikeGo inherits these security standards for token handling. StrikeGo does not store Primary Account Numbers (PANs) at any time.
Fraud Prevention: Transactions are secured through tokenization and monitored by Fidesmo's fraud detection systems. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that are suspected to be fraudulent or otherwise harmful, in order to protect the safety of our consumers' transactions.
Data Breach Response: In the event of a data breach:
Fidesmo will notify affected partners and OEMs promptly in accordance with their incident management procedures
StrikeGo will report to affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours as required by GDPR
We will coordinate with Fidesmo for any platform-related security issues
Security Audits: Fidesmo conducts regular security audits to maintain certifications, and the platform receives weekly updates including bug fixes and security patches.

Order Confirmation
After making a purchase on strikego.com, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. We recommend keeping hold of this message. If you for any reason need to contact the StrikeGo customer service department, you will be asked to reference this e-mail.
Right to Cancel Order
You have the right to cancel any order placed on strikego.com within 14 days of receipt. You can register your cancellation by contacting our customer service at [email protected]. Please note that you will need to register your cancellation within 14 days after receiving the product. To be able to register your cancellation you will need your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is essential that you register your cancellation request before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order with us, we will reimburse your payments in full, excluding standard shipping costs or express delivery charges. You can expect your repayment to be processed no later than 14 days from receiving your cancellation request.
We will make the repayment using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such repayment. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back.
You must send back the goods or return them to us no later than 14 days from the day in which the cancellation request was sent. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Incorrect, Misplaced or Duplicated Orders
If a StrikeGo customer receives wrong (and/or duplicate) order(s), StrikeGo reserves the right to request all products to be sent back in their original condition. The customer is required to return the product(s) to StrikeGo with no exceptions. StrikeGo is responsible for paying for shipping charges that occur during this return process.
In the event of a product being listed for an incorrect price because of technical error or mistake by personnel of StrikeGo, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will refund the customer payment and inform the customer of the situation.
Limitation of Liability
StrikeGo's Liability:
We reserve the right to adjust delivery timelines for delays caused by suppliers
We reserve the right to make price adjustments for errors in product listings
We accept responsibility for products damaged or missing during initial transport to the customer (if reported within 14 days)
We do not accept responsibility for products damaged or missing during customer-initiated return transport
Force Majeure: In case of Force Majeure events (including but not limited to war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events), StrikeGo's obligations may be postponed. The contract between the customer and StrikeGo can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by you or by StrikeGo. StrikeGo will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as promptly and completely as possible.
Fidesmo Platform Limitations: In accordance with our agreement with Fidesmo Pay:
No liability for indirect damages, platform downtime, or third-party service interruptions
Fidesmo disclaims warranties beyond what is explicitly specified in their service agreement
StrikeGo must not alter Fidesmo SDK flows or functionality
Total liability related to Fidesmo services is capped at fees paid to Fidesmo
Violation of Rules
StrikeGo holds the right to cancel and refund any orders that are suspected to be fraudulent or otherwise harmful. We do this in order to secure and protect the safety of our consumers' transactions on our website.
StrikeGo reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable Law: All contracts between consumers and StrikeGo shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with contracts concluded between consumers and StrikeGo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
Consumer Protection: Portuguese consumer protection laws apply to all transactions, in addition to applicable EU directives including the Consumer Rights Directive (for returns and warranties).
