Geographic Coverage: StrikeGo primarily ships to countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), European Union (EU), and the United Kingdom. Based on our Fidesmo Pay integration, our services leverage Fidesmo Pay's availability across 40+ countries, with primary focus on EU/EEA markets.

Fulfillment Partner: StrikeGo partners with a third-party logistics provider (3PL) for order fulfillment and shipping services.

Estimated Delivery Times: Standard delivery within the EU/EEA typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your specific location and any customs procedures.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary by region and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information: Yes, we provide tracking information for all shipments. You will receive email notifications with tracking details during the e-commerce fulfillment process, allowing you to monitor your order's progress.

Company Responsibility: StrikeGo accepts economic responsibility if products are damaged or go missing during initial transport to the customer.

Reporting Damage: Should the product be damaged on arrival, you are required to contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product.

Claims Process: To process claims for lost or damaged shipments, we require tracking information. Upon verification, we will issue replacements or refunds as appropriate.

Return Transport: We do not accept economic responsibility for products that are damaged or go missing during the transport of customer-initiated returns. The consumer is liable for any damage that occurs during the transportation of returns.

If you fail to collect your order from the delivery service, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs that incur when handling your order and shipment back to the StrikeGo depot. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order.
