Warranty
Warranty Period: Warranty for StrikeGo products is 24 months (2 years) from date of purchase, in accordance with EU minimum standards for consumer goods.
Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and NFC chip failures. Please note that the warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Physical damage resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, or accidents
Incorrect use of the accessory and non-observance of the directions provided by StrikeGo
Post-activation issues related to token management (which are handled by Fidesmo Pay)
Proof of Purchase: Please save your order confirmation. This order confirmation serves as your warranty documentation. For all inquiries concerning warranty claims, please contact [email protected] with proof of purchase and date of purchase.
Warranty Process: To make a warranty claim, contact [email protected] with your proof of purchase. We will arrange for repair or replacement of the defective product via our return process. Fidesmo may assist with chip-related technical issues.
Shipping Costs: StrikeGo covers shipping costs for valid warranty claims. For products not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product back to StrikeGo.
Manufacturer: Are-con is our sole manufacturer for all rings.
Return and Exchange Policy
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, as a customer, you hold the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased on strikego.com. You must notify us of your decision to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions: The returned product must be:
Unused and undamaged in its original package
For faulty products: manufacturing defects or wrong size are acceptable return reasons
Change of mind returns are accepted within the 14-day period
Activated Wearables: Please note that activated wearables (rings with tokens provisioned via Fidesmo Pay) are not eligible for return due to security and personalization considerations. Unactivated rings remain eligible for return within the standard 14-day period.
Return Process: Please register your return by contacting [email protected]. When contacting us, you will need your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.
Return Shipping Costs:
For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for shipping costs
For faulty or damaged items: StrikeGo covers shipping costs if the issue is reported within 14 days of receipt
Items Lost in Transit: Items lost in transportation during customer-initiated returns will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over β¬75. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not sent via tracked delivery.
Refund Timeline: Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the original purchaser's payment method. The refund will include the purchase price but excludes standard shipping costs or express delivery charges.
VAT and Duties: For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. Note that additional duties and/or taxes from non-EU countries will not be refunded.
Exchanges: All exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged Products on Arrival: Should a product be damaged on arrival, you are required to contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product.
