Deleting your Strike Go account
You can delete your Strike Go account at any time, directly from the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
1. Open the Strike Go app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap My Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Enter your password.
6. Tap Delete Account to confirm.
What happens to your data
The moment you confirm, the following is deleted:
1. Your sign-in details (email, password, and login tokens)
2. Your account data, including paired rings and app settings
3. Anything cached on your device
4. Your payment cards are removed from every Strike Go ring over NFC and can no longer be used
5. Some information is kept briefly for security and recovery, then automatically erased:
Encrypted backups, deleted within 7 days
6. Anonymous crash reports with no personal information, deleted within 90 days
7. Audit logs required by our cloud provider, deleted within 400 days
8. Your payment tokens and transaction history are held by our payment processor, Fidesmo, and are governed by their privacy policy.
9. No other personal data is retained.
Before you delete
Once your account is gone, your rings will no longer make payments and your settings cannot be recovered. You can always create a new account and set up the ring again
