Removing your ring from Strike Go
You can remove your ring from your Strike Go account at any time, directly from the app.
When to remove your ring
Removing your ring is useful if:
You're pairing a new ring to your account
You're passing the ring on to someone else
You no longer want it linked to your account
How to remove your ring
1. Open the Strike Go app.
2. Tap Wearables at the bottom of the app.
3. Tap View Device.
4. Tap Remove Wearable.
5. A confirmation message will appear, explaining that your ring will be removed from your Strike Go account.
6. Tap Remove to continue, or Cancel to stop.
7. Wait for the process to complete.
Your ring has now been removed from the app.
Before you remove your ring
If a payment card is set up on your ring, we recommend removing the card first. You can re-pair the ring to a Strike Go account again at any time.
