Removing your card from Strike Go
You can remove your payment card from your ring at any time, directly from the app. Removing a card fully disconnects payment access from your wearable.
When to remove your card
Removing your card is useful if:
You want to fully detach payment functionality from your ring
You're switching to a different card
Your ring has been lost or stolen and you want to protect your payment access
How to remove your card
1. Open the Strike Go app.
2. Tap Wearables at the bottom of the app.
3. Tap View Device.
4. Scroll down and tap Remove Card.
5. Enter the email linked to your payment setup, then tap Next.
6. On the next screen, confirm whether you still have access to your wearable:
7. Tap Yes if your ring is with you
8. Tap No if your ring is lost β this immediately protects your payment access
9. Wait for the process to complete.
Your card has now been removed from your ring.
If you've lost your ring
Always select No when asked if you still have access to your wearable. This ensures your payment access is protected straight away, even if the ring is recovered later.
