Pausing your Strike Go card
You can pause your card at any time, directly from the app. Pausing temporarily disables payments from your ring, and you can re-enable it whenever you're ready.
When to pause your card
Pausing is useful if:
Your ring is misplaced or out of reach
You're not wearing it for a while
Someone steals it and you need to disable payments
How to pause your card
1. Open the Strike Go app.
2. Tap Wearables at the bottom of the app.
3. Tap View Device.
4. Scroll down and tap Pause Card.
5. Enter the email linked to your payment setup, then tap Next.
6. Wait for the process to complete.
Your ring is now paused for payments.
