How do I set up my Strike Go ring?

Setting up your strike go is simple and only takes a few minutes. See full set up instructions here:

My phone isn't detecting the ring during setup. What should I do?

  • Remove any thick phone case.

  • Keep the ring completely still and flat against the NFC area (top/back of Android, top-left of iPhone).

  • Try restarting your phone or the app. If issues persist, contact Strike Go support β€” we're here to help you get tapping in no time

Which cards can I use with Strike Go?

Any Visa or Mastercard that supports contactless payments and has Fidesmo Pay enabled through your issuer. See list of supported banks here. During setup, the app will confirm eligibility instantly.

Can I add multiple cards to one ring?

Currently, only one payment card per ring for optimal security and performance.

However, you can connect multiple rings to one card!

How do I view my token details or recent transactions?

Open the Strike Go app, tap your connected ring, and see:

  • Obfuscated card number

  • Expiry date

  • Token status

  • Last 10 transactions

How do I Pause Payments on my Strike Go?

  1. Navigate to "My Wearables"

  2. Press "View Device"

  3. Press "Pause Card"
